If you need a web-site to help promote your business or services or if you are just looking to have a web-site for a hobby or for a small non-profit organization I can provide you with the basics at a nominal fee. I do not use my web-designing activities as a self supporting business so my fees are a fraction of what a professional web-designer would charge. The intent of Picture Story Productions is to help those who want or need a web-site but don't have the budget to pay a professional designing firm thousands of dollars.

Many of my clients have set up barter arrangements which is a fun and mutually beneficial arrangement for all.
